Bio

Nick is a proud NC State alumnus with degrees in both biomedical and mechanical engineering. He has spent his entire 15+ year career in the medical device industry and has worked on devices across all classifications, ranging from simple disposables to complex robotic systems to cardiac implants. He has experience in innovation, development and sustaining while helping to launch products in the US and abroad. Nick is an inventor on five issued patents with several applications pending. He has spent the past six years in engineering management roles, helping guide teams through the medical device product development process. He enjoys translating his experience in the medical device field to graduate students in BME and preparing the next generation of engineers and entrepreneurs for the industry.
