BME Teaching Assistant Professors Naji Husseini and Ross Petrella have recently received a Teaching Faculty Project Support Award from the NC State College of Engineering. The College’s Engineering Faculty Advancement (COE-EFA) is sponsoring Dr Husseini and Dr Petrella to attend and present their papers at the 2020 ASEE Annual Meeting this June 2020.

Because of Covid-19, this will be the first ever virtual conference and exposition for the American Society for Engineering Education. The ASEE Virtual Conference & Exposition is the only conference dedicated to all disciplines of engineering education. It is committed to fostering the exchange of ideas, enhancing teaching methods and curricula, and providing prime networking opportunities for engineering and engineering technology education stakeholders, including deans, department chairs, all levels of faculty, and industry and government representatives.

From June 22 to 26, 2020, ASEE will provide a five-day forum for university and college engineering schools, including professors, deans, instructors, and students, to present papers, exchange ideas, and interact with their colleagues and industry counterparts. Congratulations to Dr Husseini and Dr Petrella on this recognition and professional development opportunity!
