Dr. Foster obtained undergraduate degrees in Bioengineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He formerly worked as a Manufacturing Strategy and Technology Engineer and Process Control Technology engineer with Bayer for 5 years. He completed his master’s and doctorate degree in the ECE department at NC State where he developed novel wearable sensors and systems. He uses his broad undergraduate, graduate, service, and industry experience to help students develop critical, applicable technical skills in electronics, embedded systems, and microdevices.
