In the Spring UNC’s Academic Advising Program solicited input from students to nominate advisors and campus staff serving in an advising capacity for advising awards. The nomination committee recently selected BME Student Services Coordinator Rocky Rothrock as one of the Senior Class of 1996 Campus Advising Award winners for the 2021-2022 academic year! Rocky’s Award for Advising Excellence recognizes the exceptional service he provides to Biomedical Engineering students. To acknowledge this outstanding achievement Rocky will receive a monetary award and commemorative plaque. The BME department also thanks Rocky for all of his hard work and for always looking out for BME students!
